Shipping & Returns

 

This return policy is for online orders ONLY. Our in store return policy is different.

 

All orders will ship within 1-2 weeks unless otherwise stated. 

 

We recognize that by ordering online, you will not be able to try on your items. For your convenience we allow returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise ordered online within 7 days of delivery date. After 7 days, no returns will be allowed.

 

Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the delivery date will be credited to your credit card account (refunds exclude shipping costs). There will be absolutely no refunds for items returned more than 7 days after the delivery date. All tags MUST still be attached to the garments.

 

Swimsuits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered cannot be taken back. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our customer list and no further orders will be accepted.

 

In the unlikely event that the merchandise is damaged or defective due to manufacturing defect we will replace it at no charge. Please note, before shipping - all items are thoroughly examined to ensure quality and approved by our shipping department.

 

Credits are generally issued within 30 days of our receipt of returned merchandise.

 

Returns over $300 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

Price Matching: We do not price match as we have no control when a manufacturer decides to place an item on sale

or in most cases - when they liquidate their inventory.

It is the customers responsibility to check if the cost of their purchase is satisfactory

for them before placing an order with our store.

 

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and the cost of returning merchandise.

EXCHANGES: We do not process exchanges. We recommend that you place a new order online. Once you send back your original order, we will process it as a return and refund your original form of payment.

"SALE" ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
